Here is Today's Civ3 Strategy Submitted By Civil Disorder
STRATEGY
Strategy: When you plan to attack a city
try to change its production from the highest turn it has. This will
slow its military production. ex. The city is building a spearman to
guard changes that to forbidden palace or anything with high turn on it.
This will be a successful world domination strategy.
