Civ3 Cheats:
As soon as you see another civ at the begining of the game,
contact them and start war. they don't have a very big military at this
time so no worries. as soon as they will talk to you again offer a
peace treaty and ask for 99999999 gold a turn. i don't know where the
money comes from but you get it. CATCH! You have to declare war
again before the end of the next turn or you will lose all of your gold.
