really. Go to your diplomacy screen click on a Civ, then select "world map"
on the trade screen and ask what the other civ will offer for it, no
matter what they offer just go to money per turn and type 2 then as many
zero's as possible, before you accept the deal the rival civ will agree
to anything on the diplomacy screen (you can get all their cities,
resources and tech). Like has already been said it only works on a few,
also only do it once per 20 turns, coz if you have loads you money will
"clock" itself and you'll end up with none for a turn. Cheating ruins
your game so only do it if its going real bad.
